Lyttelton Information Centre 

The Lyttelton Information Centre is open every day except Christmas Day, from 9am to 5pm. We welcome all visitors, it's our chance to tell you how great we think the harbour is, and to tell you about activities, attractions and events. We can guide you to walkways, and scenic drives that will show you the magnificent spectacle of our harbour, introduce you to the variety of restaurants and cafes, and send you off on harbour adventures and activities.

We provide both local and national information on:
History - Trips - Walks - Accommodation - Shops - Clubs - Postcards - Maps - Posters - Magnets - Souvenirs - T-Shirts -  Gifts.

Opening hours are 10am-4pm June, July and August. 9am to 5pm for the remainder of the year. We are closed Anzac Day and Christmas Day
