Update 10/5/11- Several key demolitions on London Street have meant the street can open again. While it is awful to see these beautiful old buildings go and our hearts go out to
the building and business owners, Lyttelton has to move on now. Several more Lyttelton businesses have now reopened on London Street such as Coffee Culture. See The Press story here.

Update 16/3/11: The Farmers Market recommences at the Lyttelton Main School Site on Saturday 19th March. 10am to 1pm. Your support of local producers, businesses and the
Market would be appreciated. Please publicise this throughout your networks. The Arts and Crafts Market on the grassy area is scheduled to recommence in three weeks time.
BNZ are installing a temporary premises in a cabin which will be sited outside Portico on London Street. I am awaiting
confirmation of the services which will be offered, but it is my understanding that basic banking services will be offered, plus an ATM.
Leslies Bookshop is currently offering a limited range of stock from a temporary site at the Health Centre on Oxford
Street.
Lyttel Piko have reopened from 12pm to 5pm 7 days, and from 9am Saturdays.
Storm Hairdresser has reopened.
An update from Robin at The Stables: Also just to let you know that The Stables structural engineer report is good and we are
getting the 2011 ply makeover to shore brick work. We will be operating from 22 Canterbury Street in 2 weeks (Mainzeal willing) and meanwhile are down with Physiotherapy Lyttelton at the Medical Centre. Appointments for Acupuncture, Beauty by Carly and
