albion apartments contain 2 bedrooms; a queen and a twin room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washing machine & dryer. With a sofa bed in the lounge, they sleep a maximum of 6 people each. There is free use of 1 car park with each apartment.
Quality Linen is provided; 400 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets and Towels, and Down Continental Blankets. Luxury while you're away from home, offering exceptional value for your stay.
Wireless broadband internet is available free of charge when requested for short stay guests. And a 42" LCD TV & DVD player are provided.

albion apartments have been refurbished using the principles of Green Star NZ; a NZGBC (New Zealand Green Building Council) rating system. Ahah Designs' head consultant, who's services were engaged for this project, is a Green Star Accredited Professional who Designed and Project Managed the refurbishment. There is currently no Green Star rating tool developed for apartments, so a self assessment based on the office interiors rating tool has arrived at a 4 star rating.

Lyttelton as a whole is registered as an historic area, and The Albion building which thealbion apartments are housed in, is a listed Historic Building. Lyttelton is one of the earliest european settlements in New Zealand.
Just some of the recreational activities on offer are: harbour and dolphin watch cruises, historic timeball station, torpedo boat museum, sailing, gondola, orton bradley park, taunton gardens, quail island and ripapa island, scenic walks, cycling & mountain biking.
