29 is only an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of Lyttelton or the
fabulous Lyttelton Farmers Market as we are situated above the harbour onthe infamous Sumner Road, or the 'road to Sumner'. We are therefore perfectly situated for both business and leisure stays.
Our facilities include broadband, flat screen television and DVD, designer kitchen, Francis espresso machine, MP3 dock and speakers, family bathroom with antique claw-foot bath, laundry facilities, heating/air-conditioning, sheltered cottage garden, gas BBQ,
